ACME CRITTERS strives to attain the best in animal care and husbandry. All animal(s) are bred here at ACME CRITTERS unless otherwise stated. No animal(s) will be sold unless they are judged to be in peak condition and well established. ACME CRITTERS stands behind the animals it breeds and will be here for support, guidance and information to the purchaser before, during and after the sale.

GUARANTEES:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with animal(s) purchased from ACME CRITTERS, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do all we can to rectify the situation within reason. Any implied guarantee requires that the animal(s) have been properly cared for after being sold to the purchaser. Proof of after-purchase care may be required. Sexing of animal(s) is guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Any husbandry (shed, feed, brumation, etc.) records available will be provided with the animal(s) when applicable.

PAYMENTS:
ACME CRITTERS gladly accepts the following online forms of payment-
* PayPal
* Money Order
* Check--requires clear time before shipping

Payment must be made in full before any animals will be shipped

A 25% deposit is required to put any animal(s) on hold – on hold animal(s) will be kept for two weeks. If payment in full is not made during the two week hold period, the deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) will again be available for sale, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance by both ACME CRITTERS and the purchaser.

LOCAL DELIVERIES:
ACME CRITTERS is a home-based hobby, and as such is unable to offer a "retail location" for shopping or purchasing. 
If local deliveries are desired, arrangements can be made to meet at a mutually agreed upon location for animal delivery...please e-mail for details if local pick up is desired.

SHIPPING:
* ACME CRITTERS is establishing a shipping account with UPS.
* All animal(s) will be shipped in secure insulated boxes. Hot or cool packs will be included as dictated by the weather. ACME CRITTERS reserves the right to withhold shipment during periods of extreme weather. Status of withheld shipments will be promptly communicated to the purchaser when required.
* Live arrival is guaranteed if signed for by the purchaser…if animal(s) arrive DOA, photo proof including that of the packaging may be required to process a refund, less shippingcosts. If replacement animal(s) are available, every attempt will be made to re-ship. Rest assured, every attempt will be made to solve the situation to your satisfaction.
