Hello there and thanks for stopping by ACME CRITTERS!

My name is Barry Schneider, and I live in Littleton, CO.  I have been interested in all animals since I was a young kid
(way back in the day).  My family used to go camping frequently, and the car would barely have stopped before I was down at the pond or creek with net in hand looking to capture my next critter project...what fun!

My captures of a Copper Head snake and HUGE snapping turtle when I was about 12 years old are still fondly remembered by some and reviled by others--namely, my parents!

Several years ago, my interest in reptiles was reawakened when I started researching Veiled chameleons...one thing led to another, and I now have quite a few projects in the works.
